Depression?!

Depression?

I have never really been depressed before, not really depressed. I have been upset or had time in my life where I was unhappy but somehow this seems different. I am 29 and just recently moved from the USA to Romania. We have my FIL and MIL and some member of their church here to help when we need it but they are all a good 10 years older than us and sometimes I have trouble relateing to them. I feel alone with my family and friends so far away. I can't speak the language and am having trouble with a instructer for us right now. it is hard to keep in touch wth family and friends back home due to the time difference. Plus to top it all off I went in for a haircut and the lady did not understand and butchered my hair, it is now so short it can't be fixed. I can't seem to get out of bed in the mornings and would easily sleep till 12 or 1 in the after noon if I could. I am unhappy and it is effecting my kids. I don't really know what to do about this.....

I speak English it's Romanian I am struggling with but I do have an online softwear that I using to help. Plus we can't go home my husband's job is here.

We moved here May 1st of this year.

You're just experiencing some shock since you just moved in to that place.

The effort will come from you to try and adjust from your former lifestyle to what it is now, and give more time on learning the language there, it will be your shortcut to significantly close the gap between you and that place in general.

Make the necessary adjustments and you'll be less stressed and happy, and think that you'd have to do this for your Kids.

Always have a positive outlook and everything will be fine, don't be too hopeless.
