My mother gets jealous of me cos I am younger than her. I live with my family. What should I do?

I am 35 and she is 64.

She does not let me have a life. She is so much focused on me. She wants to control my life. When will she live her own life? It is like it is my life she is living. I hate that.

Your mother has a serious problem and if she does not get help the only thing you can do is go to a support group so that you can have positive reinforcement and maybe your mother will develop insight into her insecurity. Take care of yourself.
