I have bipolar and lately I have been experiencing some mania.?

My friends are starting to notice. The problem is when I crash. My friend last night was like what is wrong like 10secs ago you were skipping in the parking lot. Its like I dont realize what I am doing and when I crash I forget my friend is even with me. I am on lithium and some neurontin for sleep. My doc is going to give me some seroquel because last night I didnt get to bed till like 5am and I know if i dont nip that in the bud that will become a norm. Has anyone experienced cycling this fast? I feel the adrenalin pump through me then ofcourse i crash. Any feedback is coo. danke

Yes ma'm. My diagnosis is cyclothymic disorder which is rapid cycling. They may need to increase your lithium. Seroquel works very well for sleep. I don't have that "hangover" feeling.
