here lately i have been suffering from low self-esteem, depression, disturbed sleep patterns, disturbed eating patterns, i have horrible chest pains, ive lost interest in some of the things that i love most....
im only 15 and suffering from this...
im scared that im gonna have anxiety attacks [[severely]] to where i have 2 go 2 the hospital and i dont want that, i wanna go ahead and do something about this.
someone plz help me & tell me wut u think i should do
