I want to know how to purge without all of the harmful side affects....anyone got any ideas??

it's not possible. there is no way to purge without ruing your teeth (because of the acids which come up from the stomach), increasing your risk of esophageal cancer (again because of the acids), increasing your risk of heart attack (being of the electrolyte imbalances which accompany purging), increasing your risk of tearing your esophagus, etc. etc. additionally, purging only gets rid of about 70% of calories consumed. Point being - it's just not worth it.
