Suicide and sad....?
I tried to commit suicide last year and failed. I ended up in a mental facility for some time. now I think about attemtig it again, and it scares me. I odnt really want to DIE, I just want this all to end. I have been thrugh soo much abuse and heartache, sometimes I just cant belive so much has happened. any advice?

You need to get in touch with your doc and tell him/her what is going on. Are you currently on meds? If you are then your doc may need to adjust them or try something new. If you are not on meds then you may need to be on meds. The meds really will help you to feel better. Just remember that there are people who care about you and love you and they don't want you to leave. Do you have a support system in place? Friends or family you can call when you are feeling down or when you feel like you want to take your life? You need a good support system behind you. I understand that you want this all to end, and meds really will help. I'm bi-polar so I really do understand and I'm not just pulling your leg. Get in touch with your doc please. Good luck!!
