Fear of garages?!

Fear of garages?
well i dont know exactly when mine started but its been as long as i can remember. and it only happens at night even if the light is on. i go in freeze up and have a terrible panic attack my eyes keep wandering through the garage and i cry.......i know this sounds wierd but is there any way to resolve my fear..its only when it is night outside and im just terrified. and any ideas where my fear may have started or why???

i have that same promblem!
mine started because i've been watching too many scary movies and i dont think you cant help it. It's not like your going to stand in the middle of your garage to "face your fears". You should just take it one step at a type maybe if you have to really go to the garage keep the door open or something like that. Sometimes you just have to look in your garage and say "its not so scary lookin when you actually look at it"
