Post-Depressive State ... And A Problem?
I used to be depressed of an incident that happened 7 months ago ... because I over-exerted myself in the Gym , I ended up in the hospital .. because of over-training ... Obviously I have stopped and I got anti-depressants for some time ... I have stopped taking the pills and I just recovered recently ... I was wondering is it ok to start lifting weights ( very light weights ) ? and start fast-walking/jogging ?

i think it would be ok - just be careful. if you feel that it is getting to the same point please stop and talk to your doc. the best thing to do is get a personal trainer at a gym and they can help you keep it good.
