I have gotten a very strange phobia of throwing up. Every time my stomach hurts, I automatically start freaking out thinking I'm going to throw up. When somebody else says they feel sick, I freak out. Now, I wash my hands after touching everything and I can't seem to get over it. I really want my life back. What should I do?

i had that too when i was like 9 or 10. i was diagnosed w/ ocd
