well a friend from the past is coming into town tomorrow...i'm very nervous..we had some differences in the past, but now i'm not sure if he wants to be friends or if he still is mad or how he feels..I can't help but have this weird feeling...it's an anxious/nerve wracking feeling. what do you think it is?Or why am i having this feeling? I don't really know what to do, or how to approach him.
Oh and if it makes any difference, we were never the lover type..we were always just friends.

Sounds like from your worrying and anticipation over this friend coming, you've got a bit of general anxiety going on - which is normal in a situation such as yours
Try to relax and stop anticipating - breathe and do things to occupy your mind - let whatever happens with this friend happen in its own way and in its own time
