My son has autism, and my husband has Asperger's. He has started using some of the same bio-medical treatments.
1) Vitamin therapy - choose a multivitamin with high levels of B-6 and B-12. His has 2500% or so of those. He likes "Superdad vitamins" from www.beeyoutiful.com, but there are several brands that have high concentrations.
2) Omega 3 and 6 supplements.
3) Enzyme therapy. He takes a broad spectrum enzyme product before each meal. He says this lifts the "brain fog" considerably. He takes Kirkman Labs Enzyme Complete with DPPIV, two pills with each meal. Houston Neutraceuticals makes Zyme Prime and Peptizyde, which can be used instead.
