Could someone explain some facts to me in the sense that why I get each one of these pains when I dont feel..?
good. I sometimes randomly because I feel uncomfortable feel weak and like not good. I also get these pains and become restless. I get some chest pains. Nausea think that everything is wrong with me. hands Sweat tingle Just an overall bad feeling. my head hurts. And just weak. Could I have the facts on why each one happens?

panic attacks, its caused by your fears, the body feels things that arent caused by any real physical problem. you need a shrink to find out what your trigger is, my daughter was like that for two years after a car wreck, she couldnt drive or her heart would pound and she nearly passed out. simple fear of another wreck.
