Why am I so paranoid?!
Question:
Why am I so paranoid?
Why do I keep thinking the people in my office are conspiring to get rid of me even though I've only been here 3 months and don't think I've pissed anyone off yet? Why do I constantly feel like I am being left out of the loop and passed over? Could it be because this job is important to me? How do I stop feeling so paranoid?
Answers:
There's no smoke without fire - have a word with your senior manager about it - then if nothing changes hand in your notice - you'll soon find out if they like you or not then as they may say fair enough or they may turn around and give you more money - (always make sure you've got another job to go for first though)
Then again, you've only been there three months. Normally takes bout six months until people accept people.
Either way drag the job out six months before doing what I said as 6 months looks better on your cv than three months
