How can I stop my self from talking in my sleep?
I'm afraid my wife will hear me say a girls name or something like that and I don't want to fight with her

If you get a good answer I'd like to know ?I am in my 50 and still talking strong , alot of times i mumble ! I also have been known to ask how do you stuff a turkey? This was in July we got a good laugh about it !! I guess my answer is when your asleep you have no idea of what you may say or scream ,except to apologize for waking your wife .OR like I said have a laugh and go back to sleep ! If she say hey you called out Mary Jane name last night in your sleep " well i must of been dreaming" you are not responsible for what you say in your dreams! Don't worry she will either laugh with you but I doubt if she'll be mad. Good luck
