What disorder?!

Question:

What disorder?

-Extreme Paranoia, fear of people/social situations, feel as if the world is out to get you, everyone is making fun of you, everyone is in on one big joke about you, going out of their way to make fun of and play tricks on you, unable to tell what's real and what's not (all of this includes close friends, and family)

-Bouts of anger, wanting to hurt others but instead hurting yourself (smashing a coke can on arm, banging head on wall, burning self with cigarettes), mood swings, cries a lot, accusatory, sees things in black and white terms, obsessive compulsive/addictive personality, often depressed, apologetic when there's no need to be, dependent/childish and disgusted by it, often tunes out the rest of the world, sometimes very talkative and giddy

Answers:

Probably Borderline Personality Disorder. Paranoia is generally connected to stressful situations and may be triggered by fears of abandonment. You also mention some things that sound like mania. You don't mention enough symptoms for me to suggest Bipolar. Sometimes folks with BPD will "lose time" and dissociate and that's where the unable to tell what's real or not often comes in. A website called bpdcentral.com could be very helpful. If you have this, there are ways to treat with a combination of meds and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. It's hard work, but there is hope for coming through it. Hope this helps.
