My son has been on it for 2 days.How long does it take to take affect!???Thanks

It took my son about four days. His dose had to be changed to an adult dosage. His was 15 when he started taking it.
Works great to this day for him.
If you do not see any change the medication may need to be changed to a different one. Just contact his doctor. It does not work for everyone. My Grandaughter takes Concerta.
