My children being seperated from me?
My ex has my kids for summer visitation. I just got served with a summons for mediation because he wants to go for full custody, he has made up lies about me being a horrible mom. He also has an attorney. I feel bad for my kids and worry about him getting full custody since he has an attorney, even though these acusations are fabricated. My daughter is 9 and son is 5. I just want them to be ok. Pschologically I worry if he some how manages to get full custody, aren't they too young to just be taken away from their mother? Any suggestions for court? Thank you.
