Sometimes I wake in the middle of sleep but cant move and I dont know if im dreaming or not?
Sometimes ill wake up in almost a dream state and I cant move I dont know if im dreaming or if theres something actually wrong. Its not all the time its hardly ever and I usually fall back to sleep. WHY?

As Ariel said above, this is known as sleep paralysis. It is alarming at times, but not necessarily a sign of disease.
