What would be good daily therapy for me?
I do get depressed over my job. I'm going on my 9th year in a call center, where I get blamed for other people's mistakes, yelled at for things I didn't do, and there is never any focus on what I do right, only on what I do wrong. I'm not perfect, but it seems they expect me to be non-human. It's not easy being cheerful, when you go into work expecting to get a barrage of blame and ridicule for trying to help the customers. What would be good therapy for me so that I can be more upbeat at work?
