Question:

Is my sleeping good or bad?

i have stayed up till around 5 and woken up really early these past three weeks but on this third week I've slept till around 3 and can't go to sleep and then i don't remember yesterday and find things i do in my dream happen in real life and I'm only 14 so whats wrong with me?!!
p.s. is it because i always feel cold when everyone is hot here?!

If your sleeping habits are due to choice, you need to go to bed at a set time (for example, 11pm) and get up at a set time (for example, 7am) to re-set your body clock and see if you feel better. Irregular sleep patterns are unhealthy for you.

If your sleeping habits are due to insomnia, not because you are choosing to sleep these hours, then you should see a doctor to make sure you don't have a sleep disorder or other underlying problem.
