Mood swings..?!

Mood swings..?

I dont know why Im like this... I feel normal for a period of time, and a few hours later I feel sad or angry. and the next day I feel normal and then sad, it goes on and on again..

I depends on how old you are... if your a teenager, dont worry. I went through the same thing. Its a phase that will eventually pass. If your older, dont htink bipolar right away. I was diagnosed with bipolar and given lithium..then depression and given zoloft. Turns out it wasnt either one.. it was the company i was with and marijuana. I was also going through a rough period in my life - i was torn from my family and my father had passed away..Once i changed my group of friends and stopped using drugs, i was fine. If you dont have any of the above problems, then i would see a doc for it...
