Why am I scared?????
My body shakes everytime my parents bring up when i was in school councilling. They sayed i am a lieing b*tch!!!! I want to tell them about being depressed but im scared they'll yell and/or worse!!!!!!!!! Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It appears that your parents are embarrassed with you seeking counseling from the school. Sometime parents don't want to face that their children have issues that need to be discussed. Cultures can also play a part in what family members may think of their children. Seeing that they are not willing to listen to what issues you may have, it would probably be best to speak to a priest, pastor or a close friend that is willing to listen to you. Remember, everyone needs someone to talk too.
