I am a physics student .during these days i am not able to concentrate on my stu!

I am a physics student .during these days i am not able to concentrate on my study what should i do?

For sometime it may be hard to stuby because studying more and more may let you stop studying,as always,try enjoying your studies with happiness and cheerfulnes.Bringing friends over may be a good idea,and other times ,like your free time,get some air or play a game,walk with your dog,play football....that may clear your mind and may be easy to study again...oh one more thing,while studying and dont get anything...try to relax for a while...or a nap or listen to a radio...that sure may help.
