Sleeping problem?!


Question:

Sleeping problem?

i am 15 years old i only get almost 6 hours of sleep

i go to bed on 11 pm because its summertime i go to sleep late

i wake up at 7 am


can you give me tips to get more sleep and wake up a little bit later

tips on how to sleep any food, exercises or anything


Answers:

At the age of fifteen, it sounds like you are getting adequate sleep. If you intend on not doing what other people do, (and I'm assuming that you do not do anything in the summer) then I think that you are getting enough sleep. If you think that by not doing anything that you need more sleep, you are mistaken. A good worker no matter what their age, is always supposed to make their day as productive as possible, then they will not need to worry about how much sleep they are or are not getting!!! Get a job. Summer is not the time to sleep your life away. Be happy for six hours. Yes exercise, but work also. I'm sure your parents are there to advise you of the same. Good luck and Godspeed.
