Bipolar...need help?!

Bipolar...need help?

bipolar...having morbid depressive thoughts...thoughts are racing like the beginnings of mania...still feeling rational but having trouble concentrating even enough to type...no idea what to do...don't think i'm ill enough for the hospital...what to try to calm myself?

going to the doctor tomorrow if at all possible. and i'm really really scared of the hospital, even though that sounds stupid and i dont want to go if i don't have to...

yes i have a bipolar 1 diagnosis and am taking trileptal and wellbutrin
