It may sound stupid but act like a 3 yr old. children around that age are mainly happy. if you don't want to do that (which i very much doubt)then, listen to happy music like Raffi - bananaphone not music like stained. lol. try hanging around people that make you happy not sad. eat chocolate lol it has some funny chemicals that makes the brain feel happy lmao. go to a theme park(if you go to one, I'm sure you'll have a permanent smile on your face lmao >=D).
