Please Help? My symptoms are getting worse. Anxiety, insomnia, nightmares, rashe!

Question:

Please Help? My symptoms are getting worse. Anxiety, insomnia, nightmares, rashes, chest pain...?

I'm a 30yr old female, had insomnia and nightmares when I was a little girl, but it came back.
Anxiety was diagnosed a year ago, xanax prescribed after I went on a "mental holiday", temazapam prescribed for nightmares and insomnia, exercise and less caffeine was suggested but hasn't helped at all. I regularly go up to 50 hours without any sleep.
I'm hypersensitive to everything and embarrassingly jumpy, and according to my fella now I talk incessantly and seem to be erratic at times. I'm always thirsty
My vision is blurry. I've got rashes that appear all over me and I scratch till the skin comes off, mostly in my sleep.
Im woken by the smallest noise and cant go back to sleep even with medication.
When I'm laying down my legs are ridiculously itchy, like somethings crawlin under my skin. My body twitches almost violently until I nod off. I'm asthmatic and sometimes wake up feeling like I'm takin my first breath in hours.
And for 3 weeks I've bled on and off. My doctor is vague.

Meth use? Why bother answerin me u moron.
To everyone else who has answered me so far, thank u from the bottom of my rapidly beating heart.
I'm not a drug addict, I'm a happy mother of one and partner to a great guy.
But being out here in the country it's so hard to get healthcare.
My doc is nice but he just gives me my meds and tells me "you'll b right" or "lack of sleep wont kill ya".
For years my partner and I have tried to get answers but all they wanna do is put me on anti depressants, and I'm far from depressed.
I had the only counsellor in 50kilometres but she left and they havent replaced her for 8 mnths. Doc referred me to a 70 yr old Psychiatrist 2 hrs away but he told me I must be a drug addict and that adults don't have nightmares every night.
We were so disheartened we gave up and I've been trying to improve by exercising etc.
He tested me for diabetes, I asked for some more tests but my doc doesn't reckon he needs to.
They reckon my symptoms dont add up!

Answers:

I'll answer your question as best I can based on experience. Everything you're describing seems to come back to your experience as a younger girl. I've heard it called a mental sunburm before. And stress and anxiety can certainly cause your physical symptoms of bleeding, twitches, asthma, and staying up about 50 hours a stretch. And by the way, I gave that woman who talked about meth use a negative answer and it hid her answer.

Unfortunately, the solution to your problem is going to be multifaceted. It'll take a physician, psychiatrist, and psychologist. A physician to treat your physical problems and a psychiatrist and psychologist to deal with your mental problems. I do know that psychological problems can bring on physical symptoms including the excessive bleeding which you mentioned, which can cause problems on its own. I hope you can get the help you need and there will be people such as myself that have been where you are and care about how you're doing. Keep in touch if you want and even your boyfriend can write me. My address is also in my profile and I wish the two of you the best.
