Definitely! My weight is bothering me, I am depressed. My daughter is the same way. That also makes me sad. Get counseling. What causes your low self esteem, do you think? Could be rainy weather, too? If you think you aren't pretty, aren't good enough...don't think that way. You are a unique and special person and I don't even have to know you to believe that! :*)
