Im 20 yrs old guy and im afraid of cockroachs(specially the one tht can fly)so much.am i mentaly ill?
i almost die(better say heart attack) whenever i see big cockroachs.what should i do?

NOT I repeat NOT mentally ill. Yes it is a phobia. Read up on phobias, and usually the way they suggest you treat them is by facing them. Not to say you need to go on fear factor and be covered in them. Maybe you could read up on them and see what they are all about, maybe they won't be as scary anymore. We call those BIG ones waterbugs here in Texas. Good shoe or can of raid will do it good.
