Question:
How many of you suffer, as adults, from ADD or ADHD.....and if you have it how do you keep things straight?
I find myself jumping from thought to thought, and having a hard time thinking things completely through.... how about you?
Answers:
I have ADHD and I constantly jump from thought to thought. Something I have found that helps me get through the day is to have a routine and I journal. By writing, I can go back and read what I've written and sometimes it jogs my memory as to something I've forgotten. Hope this helps.
