Depression and or anxiety?!

Question:

Depression and or anxiety?

can depression/anxiety make you feel sick like have the chills but when you check you are not actually sick and don't have a fever?

Answers:

Yes. Chills can come from illness and also from psychological issues. Here is an example; you are fearful when you have anxiety and that fear produces certain hormones ("fight or flight") those can produce symptoms of fear (shaking, chills, etc.).

I suggest that you get professional help for depression and anxiety. Seek out a good counselor who will treat you with talk therapy and work on your issues. The best thing you can do is be honest with yourself about why you are feeling the way you do. Take care.
