Are anti-depressants useful in treating depression and what are the most common side-effects?
*and...does it worth taking anti-depressants (with all side effect and all) if couseling or close people don't help??

Anti-depressants work great. Zoloft works really really great. The side-effects vary. Fatigue, sleepiness, dizziness, and with Zoloft, if you go to tan, you get sun burned really really easily because of the medicine. And yes, it is worth it. I really recommend Zoloft.
