I turn 30 tmrw and i'm scared i'm having the 30 yr old's equivalent of a mid life crisis....?

i'm bored and restless. i'm female and not shagging around but my head's done in and i don't know why. my life's fulfilling yet i feel incredibly loopy with restlessness today.... what do you reckon it is? is it a mid life crisis type of affair?
