Did I have a panic attack?
Ok, I was waiting for my friend to arrive, and suddenly I got a jolt of fear through my mind. My heart started beating faster, my breathing got harder, and I started sweating profusely. Did I have a panic attack, or was this just a random moment? Thanks in advance ;)

To make it clearer, my friend hasn't spent the night in months. So could it have just been nerves?
I don't know... it was just a feeling that I was going to die or something bad was about to happen. I don't know why, because I haven't been worried about dying at all!

Sounds like it. If it happens again, try to breathe properly - control your breathing and you control panic. Breathe in slowly, deeply through your nose pushing your tummy out. Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer through your mouth. Do not breathe rapidly or shallowly (in the chest area). Failing this, breathe into a paper bag.
If it becomes a serious problem (which I'm sure it won't!!), try Cognitive behavioural Therapy, it works a treat. Good luck!
