Answers:

I am not a doctor, and these symptoms could be attributed to a variety of illnesses, including thyroid problems, chronic pain and other physiological disorders.

At first glance it looks like depression, anxiety or a mixture of the two. Of course, it could be bi polar disorder or it could be PMS or even menopause.

First and foremost, if you are having thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, get help. Go to your nearest emergency room or call

As for the other symptoms, you really should see your doctor and get a complete physical. Write down all of your symptoms and tell him or her that you are experiencing these symptoms. If these symptoms occur when you do something in particular (such as certain times of the month, when you eat certain foods or you engage in strenuous exercise), you need to note that as well.

It is important, though, that you do get with a doctor and figure out what is going on. If you have a chemical imbalance, a treatment as simple as a daily pill could take care of the problem. But you won't know until you explore it.

My last piece of advice - and probably one of the most important - if your doctor does not seem to take your symptoms seriously, find another doctor. Some doctors do not put much stock in psychological and emotional disorders and they pass it off as being "all in your head." These problems are very real and can affect every part of your body and your life. Keep talking until you find someone who will listen.
Good luck to you.
