Making every minute count...how?!

Question:

Making every minute count...how?

I'm a typical lazy person when I'm alone :( I do non-productive activities-just right now-no this is very productive...

I want every minute count as a minute to remember...like instead of sitting down and looking @ the monitor-I might as well do something that will help me progress to a better life...like try to do my chores and goals or make myself active...

what kind of motivations do I need?

Answers:

Change is the hardest, most noble, and most significant thing we do in life. To transform from one thing into something more beautiful is an amazing accomplishment. I praise you for seeking change! Good for you, Love, and good luck! These are things I've done to motivate myself. Perhaps they will help you too.

First, remember to compensate yourself for your effort and labor. In order to achieve more, you must set reachable goals and create rewards for attainment. Also praise yourself for every accomplishment. That Is Important. Be good to yourself! People often set unobtainable goals which causes them to give up. Some overwork themselves and burnout because there was no real pleasure or reward. Others Become their work, which in turn becomes their only pleasure or identity.

Remember these things; Pace yourself by setting reachable goals. Do not focus on mistakes or condemn yourself for making them. Instead, learn from them and praise yourself for your efforts. Rewarding yourself when each task is complete will encourage you to continue. Reward by the extent and complexity of the task.

I've been working on the shower for over a week now, unable to bathe this whole time… and sponge baths just don't satisfy! There have been many problems with the bathroom that have delayed completion. The other night, I rewarded myself after great effort. Suffering from heat and fumes, I laid out under the stars and enjoyed the wonderful breeze as lightning bugs created magic all around! I just loved it. I reminded myself how far I've come and that things are looking good, though taking longer than expected. All the stress melt away into a peaceful delight. Now that the job is complete, we're going to dinner and the movies to celebrate.

I hope this has helped some, Love. Good Luck, Take Care, & God Bless.
