Does anyone have a family member or friend with a mental illness?
I know that I'm not the only person out there dealing with this. I'm a bit scared that it can happen to me too. Just recently, my big sis was admitted to a mental hospital and diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar. I'm just very scared....

It's good to know you are not alone, there are many support groups for family member's. This groups can be very helpful, people in the group may understand the issues you are going through. Knowing that you scared is a good first step.
