How to loosen up.... literally.?!


Question:

How to loosen up.... literally.?

I walk and move like a robot, and I don't know why. I don't dance or anything because I feel very 'tense' and I always think that everyone's looking at me, even though I know they aren't.
How can I just loosen up, and dance, jump, and do embarrassing stuff like I haven't done in years?!

I apologize if this is the wrong section to post this issue, but I honestly couldn't find a better one (suggest one, if you think I'll get better replies there), and my issue I feel is a mental problem more than physical.

You can try looking up relaxation techniques online or at the library, then try them before a social situation.

Also, you may want to join a sports team or group, even just at the local basketball court. Even if you are not that good at the sport the act of practicing it will help you loosen up.
