I am Bipolar...plz give me advice on how to convince a Doc to prescribe me ani-anxiety meds.?
I've done some research online. I've also kept a journal of my moods. I've noticed when I get really UP, my mind races, i sometimes even feel out of sorts..so much so that i feel like i am almost shaking. I read that anti-anxiety meds are good at those times to calm a person down. I desperately need it i feel. So PLEASE soemone tell me how i can convince my doc to prescribe me an anti-anxiety med and if so which one? which one is the most fast acting one?

Find a specialist in Bipolar and that Dr will understand. It is not uncommon to use more than one med.
