does it cost money to see a couselor or therepist? and where can i find one?
Answers:
No. Not all the time...
There are probably some free ones provided by the government (there is here in Australia), or if you go to university/school, there should be a counsellor there.
Speak to your family doctor about it and they should be able to refer you on. :)
