Is it alright to live this kind of a lifestyle since I do not have anything elese to do until my school starts

Hi All,
I am a male (21 years of age) living in Canada and I have a problem bothering me for some time now. I am a college student and Iam off for the summer as of now. These days I have nothing to do and I just sit on the couch pretty much all day and watch TV.
