Dosage changed but why!!!?!

Dosage changed but why!!!?

Im on zoloft, 25mg now for two months and It makes me feel dizzy and sick some days. The anxiety is worse, not better. I went to my doctors today and she upped the dosage to 50mg a day. Why would she do that if im not feeling too hot on 25?
