Question:
I have had Bipolar for 11 years, my new husband of 4 years doesn't know how to deal with me when I am depresse
He gets very angry,it's as though he blames me for the way I am. I try to talk to him when I feel ok, but it,s the same again when I nest feel down. I understand how difficult it must be to know what to do but he makes me feel very guilty for being ill which I feel prolongs the depression. How can I help him to understand. Please help (desperate)

Understanding is everything. Both for you and your husband. Do you have support from your GP/other experts?
There was a cpl of TV programmes earlier this year on bipolar, presented by Stephen Fry. Did you catch that? It was very illuminating. If you didn't see it let please me know....
