there is no big penality.... if you have like 5,000 the fee is about $35.. plus you lose a little of the intrest you've earned. these days that;s like $3 dollars!
That's all hype, penalities so that you leave your money in... ask you bank for the exact amount, they have to tell you... But they will make it seem like it's the end of the world!
