Why do annoying songs stick in your head?
sometimes Ill hear a song or even a jingle from a commercial on T.V. and itll replay in my head all day.The more I try to forget,the more it plays.Often it will be the stupidest song from a advertisment,or a tune I hate.Am I going crazy?

I am not sure, but I think it is the same reason that makes it so that if you have a really great day, but ONE bad thing happens to you... you think about the one bad thing all night instead of all the good things. Bad and annoying things just stick, I guess. The very attempt to try NOT to think about it makes you think about it more!
