Answers:
Anxiety disorders are diagnosed by questions, not brain scans. (It would be nice if all disorders could be recognized with a simple scan; maybe someday.) Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder are not uncommon. Sometimes they are hard to distinguish, but the treatments are basically the same, so don't let the diagnosis of an anxiety disorder cause any extra anxiety; that's the opposite of what we're going for.
