Should I admit to depression, anxiety, and/or suicidal thoughts on college health forms?

I have found that be admitting to these feeling you are going to cause problems for yourself. Plus every time you say you have these problems you are reinforcing that you do thus making those feelings more real in your mind. Try to find out what is making you feel like that I know you can work it out, but if you share these feeling with others they will treat you in a way that doesn't benefit you and could put you at a disadvantage. The negative attention itself will help you to stay right where you are with feelings that are not helping you.
