Why do I feel rage inside?
I absolutely can control it. Nobody would ever know, but inside I feel it. The smallest things piss me off. I feel like at any moment I am going to blow.......I know its probably not a good thing to internalize everything. Sometimes I just want to haul off and punch someone. I have never in my life hit anyone.

You sound like you have ALOT fo stress. The key to anger is stress. You need to reduce some stress. When you feel so angry and upset, go to your room, lock the door, scream and curse about it. Punch your pillow, let out the stress and anger! You're no crazy lady ;)
