What is ocd?

I think, or worry about the same things over and over again daily.I was wondaring if that is ocd?

Answers:

OCD is short for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

What is it?
Is it and act or worrying about something obsessively
and doing acts to remedy them excessively.

For example: worrying about germs and showering 5 times a day.

In OCD, the brain gets stuck on a particular thought or urge and just can't let go. People with OCD often say the symptoms feel like a case of mental hiccups that won't go away. OCD is a medical brain disorder that causes problems in information processing. It is not your fault or the result of a "weak" or unstable personality.
(Obsessive-Compulsive Foundation (OCF))

If you're worrying about it excessively and having compulsions then you do have OCD but don't worry
because it's not that uncommon.
I have OCD when it comes to cleaning
so my apartment is nice and clean.
As long as i'm not scrubbing the kitchen counters
with bleach every hour, it's not overly obsessive. =)
