Death is my fear?

my fear is death i mean seriously
when u die u dont feel anything you dont see your mom ur dad ur every one you dont go anywhere ur dead
im scared
someone please help me to get over this fear

I have this fear also. U should go see ur doctor about this. I started having these fears about 5 or 6 years ago. I wouldn't even go outside because I thought I might get hit by something or when driving in the car I would get in an accident. Well when I went to see my doctor he said I had Anxiety Disorder.
